Геннадий Угрюмов Родился в 1958 году в городе Весьегонске Тверской областиРоссии. Окончил Калининское художественное училище им А. Г. Венецианова. Член Союза художников России. Произведения художника находятся в музеях и частных коллекциях России,посольствах многих иностранных государств в Москве.За рубежом полотна художника имеют частные коллекционеры в С Ш А ,Японии, Канаде,Великобритании, Франции и других странах.Его картины можно встретить в государственных учреждениях и банках ,библиотеках и музеях ,школах и вузах. Работал преподавателем в школе искусств ,художником-дизайнером . С 1990 года пишет полотна пейзажного жанра, натюрморта,жанровой картины, портрета.За время творческой деятельности организовал 15 больших и малых персональных выставок, включая Москву. Любимая тема художника-природа родного края,его малой родины,любовь к которой воспитали дедушка,большой знаток местных былин и русских народных сказаний,преподаватели школы,которым удалось вызвать в будущем мастере интерес к творчеству русских художников классической школы живописи. Тема пейзажного жанра особенно ярко звучит в таких работах Геннадия Угрюмова, как <<Утро туманное>>,<<Заснеженный лес>> ,жанровой картины <<Ежка>> натюрморта <<Дары русского леса>> Особым успехом у зрителей пользуются работы ,посвященные любимым с раннего детства уголкам природы ,которые волнуют своей трепетностью,лиричностью и искренностью, выражают любовь не только к малой родине-Тверской земле, но и шире- Российской. <*************************************************************************************> Gennady Ugryumov He was born in the town of Vesyegonsk, Tver region, Russia . Gennady graduated from the Kalinin (now called Tver) Arts College named after A.G.Venetsyanov. He is a member of the Russian Artist League. Paintings of the artist are exsposed in museums and private collections in Russia and numeral Tmbassies of foreign states in Moscow. Abroad among the possessors of his works are private collectors in the USA , Japan ,Canada, Great Britain, France and other countries. You may see his paintings in official State institutions and commercial banks ,libraries and museums , schools and universities . He served as a teacher in an Art School and worked as an art designer . From 1990 till nowadays he is creating his art works as a landscape painter ,but also is painting still life , genre paintings, and portraits.Gennady Ugryumov during his creative development organized 15 big-scale art exhibitions in many Russian cities and towns , including Moscow . The favorite art subject of the painter is the nature of his native land,his home, love to which was brought up by his grandfather who was a greate expert of native Russian epic and national sagas , and by school teachers whom managed to generate future artist's interest to the creative work of Russian classical artists. As for his landscape paintings, the most brilliant are Gennady Ugryumov s works named "Foggy Morning", "Snow - clad Wood",as for genre paintings, that is "Little Hedgehog", and as for still life,that is" Gifts of the Russian Wood " . The most popular among his audience are the paintings devoted to the places which the painter liked from his childhood. Those works can move you by their thrill, lyric and sincerity mood and express not only love to the Tver native land, but also to the Great Russian land.
